Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer partial COD to Indian customers where the customer has to pay a small fee upfront this is to prevent fake orders and deliver more efficiently.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch
